Refunds 
For publishing there is a 14 day money back guarantee if we find that issues are due to any fault of our own.

 

Deposits and payments are good for up to 3 months and may be used to put towards other products and services following the 3 month time period, which is when refunds are no longer allowed. Payments of deposits, hold your spot deposits,pay plans, and any other products and services will create a credit in client's account to use. No monentary refunds are given.
